There is a clash between regular and irregular shapes in the appearance of the seat which, despite its apparent angularity, actually has a curved section to provide maximum comfort. Volant is different. The sofa is something between a Balenciaga gown and the robes of a Shogun, an ancient Japanese military commander. The base is a body ready to be transformed, it gives a flash of leg and hints at its curves. The seat wears a short, tight, flirty dress making it even more comfortable, even more beautiful.
